Paul is a Senior Media Executive with over 15 years experience in the areas of broadcast operations, business development and scheduling.
Operational lead for major change initiatives which include 100+ channel launches and migrations, operational outsourcing and offshoring and business process reengineering (BPR).
Paul has a proven ability to build and lead highly successful and effective teams and is a highly competent senior manager with an excellent knowledge of the broadcasting value chain.

Fergus Boyce
COO
Fergus is an experienced media professional and MBA graduate specialising in broadcast, global operations, people operations, international content management and content distribution.
Expertise in people and processes, operational strategy, organisational structure, supply chain management and leading large technical operations teams within international organisations.
Fergus is skilled in delivering, and contributing to, large scale (global) transformational projects, linear channel launches, and systems integrations.

Mark Nicholls
CTO
Mark is a software engineer and technical manager with twenty years of experience in the broadcast and media industry, developing everything from hard real time automation to back office file transformation and reporting.
Working in a variety of technical environments including OO paradigms, (e.g. C# and java), to functional paradigms (F#, Haskell, Scala and Erlang) and all the standard bits in between (SQL, C etc).
Mark has an in-depth knowledge of current development techniques including refactoring, test driven development, continuous integration (Jenkins, Bitbucket, TFS, Cake, Fake).

Sam Webb
EXECUTIVE COACH
Sam is an executive coach with over 25 years of experience in the Film & TV industry and has worked with a range of clients at different stages of life and career.
By gently challenging a clients beliefs and assumptions, Sam helps raise self awareness which allows clients to gain different perspectives and open up new possibilities. A tailored framework and action plan helps clients manage change positively, achieve their goals and maximise their potential.
Sam is a member of the Association for Coaching and is also a Wellbeing Coach having trained with the British School of Coaching, passing their Wellbeing Coaching Programme, also endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
