We have led and supported a wide range of projects within Broadcast Media and continue to work as preferred partners to key vendors and broadcasters.

Below are some examples of the projects that we have been involved with.

CASE STUDY 1: BROADCAST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

Replacing a broadcast management system is a complex undertaking that can impact dozens of integrations and thousands of users. Technical integrations, content and rights metadata, publishing, ad sales, reporting and training are some of the key workstreams that have to be meticulously managed in order to maintain business continuity and protect revenue.

CASE STUDY 2: CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND MEDIA SERVICES

Your content is valuable, ultimately it’s how you engage with, and connect to, your audience/consumer. We can help you design, build and manage your content supply chain. Glass-to-glass through production, Ingest, QC, localisation and compliance to delivery to linear broadcast channels or VOD platforms. If you are rolling out a new MAM or workflow engine; we know and understand the technical requirements but, more importantly, we know what’s needed in terms of organisational design and what’s required operationally in terms of people and processes.

CASE STUDY 3: RE-ENGINEERING OF DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Hands on re-engineering (CI/CD) of software development process into Jenkins, Nuget , git, Cake and bitbucket, successfully slashing testing, upgrade development times of system integrations through the exploitation of static typing, and pure/functional development techniques.

CASE STUDY 4: EVENT DRIVEN EPG DELIVERY

Implementation of event driven workflow transformation system, utilizing F# for the core engine, and C# for the UI. Using computational expressions (monads) to express trees of functionally pure transformations executed in parallel, to deliver business critical EPG information to broadcast platforms globally over ftp, REST in JSON and xml, in a secure, reliable and scalable manner, for 100+ international TV channels.
